For custom images provided by customers, it is essential that they are high resolution. While we aim to produce the best quality possible, we cannot guarantee print quality if the images are low-resolution, blurry, or unclear. To ensure the best results:

• Artwork should be 300 DPI and in CMYK format.

• Accepted formats: High Resolution PDF or JPEG.

The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure suitable quality when providing images, whether designed independently or purchased from a third party.

After placing your order, please email your high-resolution image(s) to info@shah-d.co.uk, and include your order number in the subject line.
