PRINT-ONLY SERVICE

We offer a high-quality print-only service using artwork provided by the customer.

Artwork Requirements

To ensure the best possible print outcome, it’s essential that all artwork supplied is high resolution. While we take great care to produce excellent results, we cannot guarantee print quality if the files provided are low resolution, pixelated, or poorly formatted.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring their artwork meets the following guidelines:

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch)

• Colour Mode: CMYK (for accurate colour reproduction)

• File Types Accepted: PDF, PNG, JPEG, or AI (fonts must be outlined)

• Bleed: 5mm bleed on all sides is recommended

• Naming: Include your order number in the filename or email subject

Whether you’re designing in-house or using a third-party designer, please make sure these specifications are followed to ensure the highest quality finish.

Submitting Your Artwork

Once your order is placed, please email your final artwork to info@shah-d.co.uk, clearly stating your order number.

Material Options

We offer two material options for your signage:

• 5mm Foam Board – Lightweight, with a thickness similar to a £1 coin

• 5mm Luxury Acrylic – Sleek and durable, perfect for a premium finish

Please ensure you select the correct material option when placing your order.

Sizes Available

We offer a range of standard and custom sizes:

Standard Sizes: A3, A2, and A1
Custom Sizes: Available upon request
We also offer a vinyl decal sticker only option here, ideal for applying to your own surfaces and custom signage setups.

Important Notes & Disclaimers

• Signs do not include an easel or stand

• Colour variations may occur between on-screen previews and the final printed product

• No refunds or exchanges are available once artwork has been submitted for print

• Please double-check your material selection before placing your order

• When applying vinyl to acrylic boards, minor streaks may appear as a result of the application process. These are normal and not considered defects.
