Product Descriptions & Image Gallery
- It’s important to thoroughly read and understand the product descriptions before placing an order.
- Product descriptions and image gallery provide essential details about dimensions, materials, colours, and customisation options.
- Please note that some product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
- Colours may appear differently on screen compared to the finished printed product. We strive to ensure accuracy, but variations may occur.
Personalisation Details & Own Artwork/ Images
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete personalisation details during the order process.
- Please double-check all spellings, dates, and other information provided for personalisation. We will use the details exactly as provided.
- We do not assume responsibility for incorrect details provided by the customer.
- For images shared by customers, it’s crucial to ensure they are of high resolution. While we strive to produce the best quality finished product, we cannot guarantee the quality if the provided images lack clarity and detail. Therefore, it’s essential for customers to provide artwork with sufficient resolution. Please note that the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure high resolution artwork is provided. Whether designing internally or purchasing from a third party, images should ideally be 300 DPI and CMYK to ensure optimal results.

Feedback, Revisions and Fees
- Upon receiving a draft of your personalised order, you are entitled to provide feedback and request up to three rounds of revisions.
- Each round of revisions includes adjustments to the layout, font, colours, and other design elements.
- Major design changes or additional details may be subject to additional charges.
- Failure to respond with feedback within 24 hours may delay the production process.
- After three rounds of revisions, any further modifications will incur a fee of £25 per round of feedback
- This fee covers the time and resources required for additional changes beyond the initial three rounds.
- The revision fee will be communicated to you before any changes are made.
Delivery, Postage & Emergency Orders
Standard Shipping:
- We offer FREE Standard Shipping.
- All products are made to order and our processing times are typically 5-7 working days – especially during peak seasons. Standard delivery takes 3 working days after the processing and dispatch date.
- Expedited first class shipping does not qualify for free shipping and will incur an additional charge depending on the size and weight of the order. While we provide first-class delivery, it’s important to understand that any delays are the responsibility of the selected courier, such as DPD or Royal Mail. We want to emphasize that these delays are not within our control.
- Please note that charges will vary based on the size of the order and the postage rates at the time.
- To prioritise emergency orders with short timeframes (less than 5 working days), a 25% premium will be added to the product’s price. This is separate from the expedited shipping charge, which is based on the size and weight of the order.
- This is necessary as these orders will take precedence over current orders and disrupt the regular production schedule.
Here’s how it works:
- For urgent orders, please message us on social media or email us (info@shah-d.co.uk) before placing an order to see if we can accommodate your expedited timeframe.
- Once your order is confirmed, an invoice will be shared for payment. Upon approval & payment, you’ll receive shipping tracking information to monitor your delivery.
- Orders placed through the website will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Delivery, Exchange and Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on personalised items unless the product arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part.
- In case of damage or error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Behind-the-scenes videos and photos will be taken and posted on social media and other marketing/promotional materials unless the client specifies otherwise.
